I'm Back, Exhausted and Still Awaiting My Luggage
Hi there! Yes, I'm back and exhausted. The last day has been 48-hrs. and our luggage has yet to catch up with us. Hopefully, the bags will come in on tomorrow's flight and delivered to my front door - so much for air travel. Hey, nothing got lost in Africa!
Gots lots of real stuff to catch up with... just getting my land legs to work. And I definitely need a night's sleep in my own bed though some slept in were quite amazing. Had a great time and have lots to tell - in a few!

Welcome home! We missed you. Hope your trip was all you hoped for.
After your luggage catches up with you, and you get some much needed rest, would love to hear about your trip and any pictures you might have taken.

Sandi,
Welcome home!
Hope you had a fabulous time and took LOTS of pictures with your new camera!
Take your much needed rest and then we are dying for a trip report and photo album in the coming days.

Thanks to all of you.
Luggage Status - Received!!!!
Apparently the bags, either, arrived with us and were misplaced or were put onto the flight into JFK (we arrived into EWR to avoid an 8-hrs layover). Received a call at 9:30pm while catching well-deserved rest... the driver saying the bags would be delived soon. Soon, wound up being 12:30am, but I was glad to have them regardless "sleep interuptus."
Roccco -
thanks for your email re using Ofoto/Kodak - which as soon as I read, am sure I will have questions... you'll hear from me.
Will get back to everyone soon, though likely in "parts." In the meantime, while glad to be home, I'm already missing Africa and thinking of how and when to return. Will catch you all later.

I'll add my welcome home to the others. Unfortunately now you have to adjust back to the "real world" (at least that's how I feel after returning from Africa)!
I look forward to seeing your photos and hearing all the details of your trip.

Gotta talk. Met a buddy of Danny (or should I say Daniel, as he is known) at dinner at Emerson & Green in Stone Town. Small world. We have to "do lunch" already - been postponed too often - when I get out from under my pile of stuff and before you all head out!
