Hunting in Kenya?
I know there is lots of hunting safaris in Tanzania and Botswana ....

Where does one get a license for an elephant?

I took your post seriously - up until now...........pls do a thorough research and ask the lodges in Laikipia or Cheli+Peacock.
You might get a shot but only illegally.
If you would like to kill an animal - just travel a bit south to TZ, ZAM, ZIM, BOT but leave Kenya alone.
