hotel in Mombasa
we plan to stay 5 days at Mombasa by the beach after Kenya and Tanzania safari...I've read about the White Sand Hotel...is a good choice?

Yes, Whitesands (sorova?)nice place. Feels busy compared to the Serena just up the coast. But like the pools at Whitesands, and a good dive school. Like the Serena more but Whitesands is a close second place.

thanks Pumbavu...we look for a fine resort, the best beach and good food..just my husband and me....which to choose?

What's the beach like at Mombasa Serena. How does the beach compare to Diani on south coast?

I think Diani isn't quite as busy as N Coast beaches, but I'm not really sure. Haven't spent much time in S Coast... except for a couple of trips to www.dolphindhow.com.

Beach is lovely at Serena.
