Hello, thank you for this information...I went to both websites you mentioned...the cdcgov and the Mdtravel website...where do I get the forms? The waiver forms to take to the doctor? Any help would be great...my husband and I am relocating to Liberia Africa and I do not want to get the yellow fever vaccination...I know it will destroy the beautiful health I have finally achieved and I am trying to get pregnant...please help.

The actual YF* card has a place to include the waiver. But you have more important concerns if trying to get pregnant and if you do, then the care of an infant in these environments.
*Yellow Fever can't be obtained from any/all doctors, rather only those authorized to provide - travel clinics, hospitals, public health facilities, some private docs.
