On Coastal's schedule, Arusha to Selous is listed as departing at 08:00 and arriving at 13:05. This flight operates via Ruaha with pick ups at Manyara, Tarangire, etc. on request.

Manyara to Arusha/Kilimanjaro is around 1/2 hour to 40 minutes, I believe. Then you'd transfer to another aircraft for the approx 50 minute flight from Kilimanjaro to Wilson. Total travel time depends on your layover at Kilimanjaro but probably around 3 hours from the time you leave Manyara to arrival in Wilson.

As Patty mentions, from Manyara (via Arusha) to Selous will be over 4/hrs.
From Manyara to Wilson, you can drive the 2.5/hrs (on good road) to Arusha and catch the 1:45pm flight to Wilson, arriving by 2:45pm. However, there is no connecting "scheduled" flight to Loisabo till next day. Unless you want to pay for a private charter (probably on Tropic Air), you'd have to o/n in Nairobi. Next morning you can fly to Loisaba by:
1) Scheduled flight to Nanyuki; connect to Tropic Air private charter to Loisaba, or
2) Private charter on Tropic Air to Loisaba.
Loisaba is a lovely place to conclude a safari, especially with 1/nt at Starbeds.
An alternative could be a stay at Shompole, located on the border with Tanzania... really lovely and quite romantic. To get here, it would be a Private Charter as they don't yet have shared or scheduled flights to this area.
Check with your agent both options to see how they fit with your budget - room/board and flights.
