Great shots! Maybe you should place the photolink in your tripreport post. Thanks for taking the time to share.

Really enjoyed your photos. In the first - Carabou - is that trunk shorter than usual?

Loved the baby hippo and the pic of the lioness dragging her kill with the cub trying to catch it!

That first cheetah photo - is that a skin disease?

Absolutely adored the lioness pawing at the vehicle just like a house cat.

Thanks!

Great pictures! I love seeing lions flat on their backs rubbing their bellies! And your baboon shots were great. Good you got a picture of the vervet who stole your apple!

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing your pics, Carol. Where in Tarangire is the lake with flamingos? The tents at Olivers look less rustic than I imagined.

Patty - I was so confused when we were in Tarangire becasue we kept criss-crossing though the swamps and I had no point of reference. The flamingos were somewhere in the vacinity of Olivers though - not up where the usual tourist trails are.

I'm glad you included pictures of you. You had some close cheetah encounters. I loved the baby hippos and sparring eles. The lions seemed to enjoy your vehicle. The spider shot was super, quite a colorful little guy. Either your mom is an owl lover or very wise. All the shots were great, even the non-animal dhow and landing plane.

Finding more shots is like finding treasure.

Patty - Thanks - by the way - your question about the Flamingos got me thinking - I made an error on my photos - the Flamingos were in Sinya, not Tarangire. I'm making the change in my album now.
