Does anyone know how much it cost to have evening cocktails at the Burj? I went online but it does not list the price. thanks!

I visited Dubai in November 2006 (so my prices may be a bit dated), and we had dinner reservations at Al Mahara, the Burj's seafood restaurant (actually very, very good -- I would rank around Michelin single star -- and about $200 per person, before wine). We started with cocktails at Skyview (I think that's what its called), and I had a camel mojito, which was probably $20 to $30 or so (I don't recall). It was a great evening, and I have paid for more for worse food.

I was at the Skyview bar in December 05, I think cocktails were around USD 20.

At that time, if you weren't staying at the hotel you had to make a reservation to go to the bar (even just for a drink), so call in advance.

Thanks! I emailed the hotel and it looks like it cost around $75 USD per person for 2 drinks and canapes. I heard that there is a toll charge to cross the bridge to get to the Burj if you are not a guest. Does anyone know if that is true?

There's a toll, but not if you have a dinner reservation.

Yes, you must take your printed reservation for drinks at the Skyview bar to be admitted.
