You had some nice light for several of the dog photos. The dogs at the waterhole were outstanding. Then later on buffalo in the waterhole. Rock climbing elephants--finally a new perspective for ele shots. The lion cubs are adorable. The lion paws are a great angle. Lots of leopard action. Maybe you can beat out eyelaser. I loved the grasshoppers. Great collection to go with your Kruger shots.

Mkhonzo - agreed the yellowbilled oxpeckers are very special in Kruger and the Bush shrike is nice to capture other than fleetingly through binoculars.
I can't look at Newmans for the eagle comparison since the dog ate it - but DW has ordered me a new one.

mkhonzo-the misnaming is totally my fault. I can't remember birds names, and when I was going through my pics, used the "Birds of Southern Africa" as a reference, but since some of the pictures were not clear, I guessed, and mostly guessed wrong, but thanks for your help relabeling them.
Our guide said the pied wagtail towards the end of the pics was rare there, and is the only thing he ever looked up in his bird book.
13 moons-I used the canon s3, with the macro button pushed on some of the close ups.

Dennis, very interesting photos from HK and Dubai. I've spent a lot of time in HK, and a little time in Dubai, and its interesting to see what different photographers focus on. Did you spend any time in Taipei (as interesting as the other two cities), or did you just transit in the airport?
