Yeah, I caught it. Here (southern California) on Dish satellite it was on the "Animal Planet Channel". It was very good - EXCEPT FOR an IDIOT comentator that preceded each segment. Also, way to many commercials, I think half of the time was commercials. I hope someone from that channel is reading this and takes corrective action. Yeah, right, as soon as pigs learn to fly!!!
regards - tom
ps - and DON'T get me started on those channel logos in the corner!!!!!!

I love the Big Cat Diary series and the more recent Big Cat Week series - I've watched all of them since the first series which I think was in 1996 or so.

Which one are you currently watching?

The last one in the UK was aired early last year and I'm not sure when the new one is due to be aired this year...

hi, the latest was last nt the 16th.
oh, about that foolish guy Mo something haha-i just used the clicker and then came back. the logo in the corner-i was too intent to really notice it.
any way, that cheetah got on the hood of my truck 6/05. i have tons of pics and video of her on 2 other trucks the next visit 10/05.
this bigcat show could have been the best ever show they have had on animal planet.was so happy it was on for 2hrs.
not sure what part i liked best.
cheers, d

Caught it! My favorite parts were watching the cubs trying to climb up the embankment to keep up with mom and the one kept trying & trying and finally made it, so cute! Also the one lion that not only caught one Wildebeast but TWO as they were about to cross the river. Great show.

Oh, oh oh...when the lion cubs were left alone without their mom for a day or two and you knew they weren't going to make it, then miraculously they do...I had to turn the channel for that part but when I came back they were ok! Whew! I hate those parts.

hi, wasnt that the leopard that caught 2 wildebeasts? i think so-they were both younger wildebeasts.
yes that was so cool!
oh, the almost fight with the male lions. i wonder what ever came of that.
that cheetah is something else-when she was getting chased by the topi-and went racing up the car-or maybe when she pissed on him hahahahahaha.
too much good stuff.

Yes, a really great show except for those truly annoying "hosts" or "announcers" or whoever they were; I so wanted to smack them everytime they faced the cameras and started their treacly spiels. Hmmmm, I may have had a tad too much wine tonight to be posting - I'm beginning to sound a trifle shrill....
