Best tour guide in Egypt! Aamer

I was recently lucky enough to contact Aamer for a week long tour in Egypt of the Western Deserts... and what can I say.. he is AWESOME!

Nothing was too big or too small to ask - in fact he genuinely seemed upset if I didn't ask him to do stuff.

He was everything that you want in a tour guide - attentive, genuinely caring, knowledgeable, adventurous... in short the best guide that I could hope for!

I know that next time I go back to Egypt he will be the first person that I call to help me arrange everything. I travelled as a single white female and had a ball!

I HIGHLY recommend Aamer for group or individual tours anywhere in Egypt - this guy knows his stuff and is so passionate about his beloved Egypt that you can't help but fall in love with the place as well.

Contact him directly on [email protected] or 002 0106226269

Tell him Anita from Australia sent you

Where exactly did you go? How long were you out there? What did he charge you?

Oh, and I see his email address is aamerluxor - does he reside in Luxor or Cairo? How much advance notice did he need to file the desert paper work with the ARMY, or did he not file that? It is required these days, I believe.

He was my guide I had in Luxor and Aswan. I fully agree that he is AWESOME!

I am so glad you loved him Anita, I am Australian and I loved him too. I loved cantalope fanta and he had a friend send me some on his behalf.

It was really like travelling with a really good friend who would do anything for you whilst at the same time he was knowledgeable and loves Egypt with a passion.

I've told him to come to Sydney so I can return the favour of looking after him. He would be welcome in my home anytime.
