Anyone hear of Ultimate Africa Safaris?
I'm a little nervous because I haven't seen them on this forum, but they are offering just what we are looking for in terms of a camping safari centered around the migaration. Anyone heard of them? (ultimateafrica.com)

I remember a couple years ago Linjudy used them and was thrilled with her trip. She went to SA and Botswana.

Actually, I have not completed my itinerary yet...such a process! We will be going for 20 days in July and they are advertising a Tanzania and Kenya itinerary (listed under multi-country). It looks pretty good...........

If you read this from their website, they highlight the sentence stating Kenya is not a good country to visit for wildlife and give numerous stats. Then they mention the State Dept warning and that they do not book Kenya.
I'm just summarizing their information, not stating my own opinion.
That's why it would surprise me if they are offering a Kenya-Tanzania combo.
Is this the Ultimate Africa Washington?
20 days will be a great trip! If you list the itinerary, then specific comments can be made.

Favor,
I did an Advanced Google Search and got this far
Author: Favor Date: 05/31/2004, 03:32 pm. I would highly recommend Ultimate Africa Safaris (ultimateafrica.com)
But when I clicked on the results, it always listed that the page was removed. 2004 is not that long ago. Your full report would have been helpful.

Ultimate Africa Safaris ranks Number 1 for us. We used them for planning a trip to Botswana and South Africa (Rovos Rail) in 2005 and for our most recent trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar in February/March of 2207.
Ian Proctor is the consumate professional and will give you the straight scoop. I read a great deal and he has clued us in on fantastic camps and experiences that other travel agents have ignored.
Be upfront with him..tell him what you want to see and your price points and let him plan your trip with all the amazing transfers and complexities. You will be delighted.
