Anyone else have problems sending email to Eastern and Southern Safaris the past few days?
Since Thursday, I've been having problems with email sent to [email protected] bouncing back. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. Anyone have an alternate email address?

Patty - Every once in awhile, I have mail bounced back at me. Can be in Kenya or Tanzania, one company and not another. Sometimes their servers are down, power outtages, or whatever. Give it a day and try again tomorrow.

I was just curious if it was a problem on my end or their end. I think it's their end as I'm not having problems sending email to anyone else. I just re-sent one so far it hasn't been returned, so I'm hoping it went through. If I don't hear back, I'll send them a fax tomorrow.

patty, i have had the same problem when i use my computer at work,those get bounced back. from my home computer (which is a mac, don't know if that is making the difference) the emails get through and Serah replies.

Sounds like it's a problem on their end if you're also having issues. I think my last one did go through so will wait to see if Serah replies by tomorrow.
