Aloha from California...almost home!

The last time I woke up in a bed was in Victoria Falls, 42 hours ago, on the way to the lion walk. Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe was fantastic! Lions in camp, elephants drinking out of the swimming pool, wildebeests and oh yeah, a pack of wild dogs on the side of the road. Somalisa Camp was the best, definitely will go back to Zim. Trip report to follow when I get back to Hawaii but have got to get some sleep.
Aloha, Dennis

"Elephants drinking out of the swimming pool"...wow, that reminds me of my stay at Makalolo Plains in Zimbabwe! We had the same thing happen; they were so quiet, we didn't realize they were there until the camp manager whispered, "Turn around!"

Oh btw, Welcome back, Dennis.
Get some well needed rest so you'll be strong enough to tell us about your trip. I need some Zimb. tips for my trip.
Glad you had a good time.
