Yes, but only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and groups are limited to 17 people (and I think you have to reserve well in advance).

Neat! We walked by the tower several times and even into the little park surrounding it. It served as our guide "home" and after walking all day seeing it we knew we were getting close to our apartment.

Ohhh, I remember it all shrouded in white. Too bad we won't be there this summer.
