Feedback Needed on: Nature Travel Specialists / Andrew Haffenden
Has anyone used this travel agency? If so, were you satisfied with the results? I am planning to use him for a trip coming soon.

Gilthoniel, I am an operator rather than a customer but all our mutual customers have been most satisfied with his efforts. My only problem with him is that he does not always send me the names of the people he is booking in. If you send me an email: [email protected], I'll see if some of his recent customers are happy to have me pass on their contact details.

Gilthoniel, you should have at least two replies by now. One from a recent customer and one from some time ago.
If you want a second or third opinion on any of Andrew's suggestions you can always come back here.
Tim is right in that he and I have become firm friends. So much so that I can travel with him and put up with his snoring! A freight train would be quieter!

Gilthoniel, I have setup a month long New Zealand and Australia trip with NTS, and spending a week in NZ and 3 in AUS. The itinery is over the Christmas and New Year's period and aside from setting up the hotel for my week in Sydney, NTS arranged everything else. Individually pricing all the activities we are doing, NTS has saved us about 10 - 15% (from the pricing I did myself). I actually can't wait to start the trip, but the real test for NTS will be the quality of the bookings I actually get and if anything goes wrong how NTS responds. Discussing this with NTS (namely Andrew) I have a great feeling from the support given so far that he will be there when I need him and the trip we planned won't have any major bumps. I will pass my info onto AlanJG and see have him pass that onto you, I am also curious about the ffedback he can also give me. If you have not already taken your trip, good travels and G'Day / Cheers.
