As it's a few steps down from the street, it would be easy to pass by this family-run restaurant. That would be a shame, as it serves up some of the neighborhood's tastiest traditional cuisine. The staff is happy to explain each dish, what part of the country it comes from, and how it is made. This is the best place to sample lomo saltado, slices of pork sautéed with tomatoes and onions and served over fried potatoes. You know the food is fresh, as it is prepared in the open-air kitchen just inches away from the tables scattered around the covered terrace.
