Las Tejas
Las Tejas Review
As it's a few steps down from the street, it would be easy to pass by this family-run restaurant. That would be a shame, as it serves up some of the neighborhood's tastiest traditional cuisine. The staff will explain each dish, what part of the country it comes from, and how it's made. This is the best place to sample lomo saltado, slices of pork sautéed with tomatoes and onions and served over fried potatoes. You know the food is fresh, as it's prepared in the open-air kitchen inches away from the tables scattered around the covered terrace.

Admittedly we were there during the slack time between lunch and dinner, but service and food were both first class. Best Ceviche we hve tried.
