Every Sunday Bogotanos of all shapes and sizes hit the traffic-less streets from early in the morning until 2 pm when the ciclovia is in place, giving over main arteries in the ordinarily gridlocked capital to bikers, runners, walkers, and bladers. For those who choose slightly more physical exertions, there are hikes in the surrounding area to be enjoyed.
