Café Caruso
Café Caruso Review
This little slice of the Mediterranean coast in the Chilean desert is tastefully appointed with rich wood furniture and walls painted in muted copper-red tones. Caruso hits the high notes with a delicious set lunch (the roast pork is delectable). If you prefer, you can just hang out with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and check out the old photos of Calama's proud past.
