Typically Brazilian from its decor to its daily specials, rustic-elegant Tordesilhas prides itself on spotlighting recipes from across the republic. Feijoada (black bean and pork stew) takes center stage on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while a Brazilian tasting menu is served from Tuesday through Saturday. Among the daily staples you'll find tacacá (shrimp soup), from Brazil's northern region, and moqueca (fish and shrimp stew), from Espírito Santo State.
