Expansive wine lists have become all the rage in 21st-century Buenos Aires, but it will take more than just a rage to topple this king of wine bars from its lofty throne. The room is dark, loud, cramped, and filled with beautiful people; the menu is versatile, sometimes too much so—there's a king crab risotto on one end, sushi on the other. But skip the raw fish and focus on the simple small plates that serve as good accompaniments to one of the thousands of excellent red wines on offer. If you can't find it here, then you can probably only find it at private auction.

This is the place to go for happy hour in Buenos Aires. At 8pm this place is packed with wall to wall people. Mainly young and mainly local. Service was a trifle slow and it was very loud...but if you want action...this is the place to go.
