Chef Zeke Wray and his team relentlessly seek new, fresh, local, and unique ingredients to infuse into memorable meals from Farm's open kitchen. Built as part of a massive reinvention of Canyons Resort in 2010, the Farm is just feet from the slopes on the back side of the Grand Summit Hotel. The darker and cozier lounge features a wine cellar that displays many of its 400+ varieties of domestic and imported wines. The main dining room is less than a dozen tables adjacent
to the kitchen. The seasonal menu always spotlights items from regional sustainable farmers, including root vegetables, truffles, berries, and bison.
