In a rustic 1915 building on the beach, this café is right opposite Three Arch Rock, a favorite resting spot for sea lions and puffins. The calm of the beach is complemented in the evening by candlelight and fresh flowers. The menu includes halibut or salmon cooked half a dozen ways, baked oysters, and Gorgonzola seafood pasta, and the meal's not complete without marionberry cobbler.

Roseanna's is my favorite restaurant on the Oregon Coast. The food is prepared with care from the freshest ingredients. The clam chowder is out of this world and the home made pies - yes, home made - are a must. Also, the wine list is impressive and if you're lucky enough to be there on the right weekend night, you'll be treated to live music.
