This high-ceiling space with exposed ductwork, concrete flooring, and a bar fashioned out of wine barrels is the restaurant part of the Central East Side's up-and-coming Clay Pigeon winery, which produces first-rate Pinot Noir and Syrah. The extensive cheese and charcuterie options on the menu, along with such eclectic fare as duck confit with kale and chanterelles, and the shredded-beet-patty sandwich with pickled daikon and greens, pair nicely with Clay Pigeon's wines, but the bar also serves an impressive selection of local beers as well as wines from other producers, both Oregonian and European.
