Fodor's Review

This inn, run by a park-service concessionaire, has motel-like rooms of little distinction, but the setting is spectacular. Rooms have small porches or balconies with rocking chairs. Although an inn has been on this site since 1919, most of the present structures were built in 1964. The restaurant has great views to the west and offers mountain trout, along with burgers and other standard fare.

Pisgah Inn Review

We stayed here for one night in late September 2011 with our two young kids, and everything was great until I tried to take a shower in the morning. The tub would not drain and the hot water was intermittent for a few minutes until it stopped completely, which meant I had to finish my shower with very cold water. When I reported this to the office (twice), they sent a maintenance man who fixed the clogged drain but didn't believe me about the intermittent

hot water. When I spoke with the general manager Ron Miller, he told me it was impossible that I took a cold shower, basically calling me a liar. So everything's nice here until you have a problem--and then don't expect any help or even any courtesy.

Pisgah Inn Review

I can't speak to the quality of the Inn,but the restaurant.....Half hour wait for the table then it was TWO MORE HOURS before we got our food and it was STONE COLD !!!! Half of our orders were messed up. It was the Worst Dining Experinece I Have Ever Had!!!! Unbeievably Terrible Service and when this was brought to the atention of the Manager, Nothing Was Done except to remove the gratuity from the bill !!!! In my opnion, if you want to experience

the WORST Food and Service On The Planet, then by all means, feel free to waste your time and money here.
