A country bistro in the center of Rhinebeck, Arielle is a relaxing place to enjoy fine French Mediterranean fare under a rustic-beamed ceiling. Standouts include scallops served over lemon-scented orzo and lamb osso buco. The $12 three-course lunch special is a steal; choosing between the chocolate pot de crème and the crème brûlée is nearly impossible.
