Fodor's Review

Chock-full of hokum, this old-time amusement park is a favorite with families. There are half-hour train rides over a 1904 covered bridge, a museum of Americana inside an 1880s firehouse, a restored gas station filled with antique cars, circus performers, and an Old Man of the Mountain rock-climbing tower. In additition, there's a mining sluice where you can pan for gems. Tour guides tell tall tales and vendors sell popcorn, ice cream, and pizza. There's also a mammoth

gift shop and a penny-candy store.
