Getting Here and Around

Both Interstate 95 and U.S. 1 connect Portsmouth with the rest of coastal New England, while U.S. 4 and Route 101 are the easiest ways to get here from inland New Hampshire. Downtown Portsmouth is walkable, though you'll need a car for attractions farther afield.
