¢-$, Mexican, Henderson
Fodor's Review:
Here's a superlative case of truth in advertising: the California-based SuperMex, a dimly lit, attractive space with Old Mexico doors and slate floors, has a super-massive menu -- 32 combination plates, plus countless types of burritos in two sizes, salads, tostadas, appetizers, fajitas, tacos, taquitos, and more. You can even get a chile relleno burrito or Mexican sausage with scrambled eggs or an enchilada and a tamale or. you get the picture. "Extras are extra," the menu says, and you can tailor them to your tastes. There's even a "lite" menu, for those seeking, say, a whole-wheat quesadilla. It's open 24 hours daily.
