One of the most sought-after dining spots in Camden, Natalie's is the creation of Dutch owners Raymond Brunyanszki and Oscar Verest, who brought in executive chef Jon Gaboric in 2013. Located in the Camden Harbour Inn, the restaurant is fine dining with a distinctly Maine flair. Seasonal ingredients set the tone. Choose from two prix-fixe menus (a three-course à la carte for $68 or a seven-course chef's choice for $97), which might feature cabbage-wrapped Maine monkfish or local lamb with root veggies. There's also a five-course lobster tasting menu that may include lobster with peaches and wasabi cream and grilled lobster with carrot puree.
