During the first full weekend in May the Crawfish Festival draws more than 100,000 visitors to this little dyed-in-the-wool Cajun town on Bayou Teche. The town has attracted a small arts community that includes renowned Louisiana photographer Debbie Fleming Caffery, and has traded its honky-tonks for B&Bs, antiques shops, and restaurants.
