Vino has a lock on local oenophiles and pau hana time groups, who make a beeline for this wine bar and restaurant. Chef Keith Endo creates his take on contemporary Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, including house-made pastas, sausage and cheese, all paired with wines selected by the nationally recognized sommelier Chuck Furuya. Food and service are grade-A quality amid a casual atmosphere. Like most tapas joints, the bill can add up quickly, particularly while the wine is flowing, but most diners find it worth every penny.
Vino is well situated for stopping off between downtown sightseeing and a return to your Waikiki hotel.
