This is one of the best dim sum spots in town, and people don't mind paying a little more for the quality they get (about $4 per four-piece dish). From 10 am to 2 pm, when dim sum is offered, just point to the steamed and baked morsels that look good; chances are, they're as good as they look. The regular menu features Hong Kong–style dishes, from the pedestrian shrimp with walnuts to the crazy poetic signature "osmanthus flower" made with dried scallops, crab, bean sprouts, and egg, and, of course, sweet, fragrant osmanthus flowers.
