  Finest Ayurvedic Spa for Pancha Karma

  I have traveled many places in the world and have recieved many cleansing treatments. But the attention to the details of my personal regimine were so kindly attended to by all of the amazing staff at the spa. Pancha Karma is typically a 5-10 day period of personal cleansing through intense massage treatments and specially prepared diets.I had 6 days of ayurvedic massage, steam treatments, oil treatments and I had to say that it was all first class, professional, and intuative and personal. All of the meals were organically prepared according to tradition and you can really taste it.
  If you can get a time slot available for the beachside massage space - get your massage outside if it is a sunny afternoon. I was literally less than 10 yards from the waves washing ashore. The 90 minute, 4 handed massage in the Ayurvedic tradition was just perfect.
  
  The massage rooms were all very clean and the wood floor was flawless and it felt like I was the first person there. All of the staff worked very carefully to keep the place immaculate and quiet. There was some occational noise from outside but we can expect that on the beach sometimes.
  The front desk staff were very patient and worked regularly since I had 2 to 4 treatments each day as well as daily consultations with the Ayrvedic Practicioner, Darci. The front desk staff also brought me all of my meals since I chose the complete dietary package.
  Be prepared to answer lots of questions you probably never asked your body to give the answers for, because no part will go missed!!
  I was fortunate enough during my stay, to work with Anneke, Mathew, Thalan, Shoshana, even the magical, healing, touch of Darci for some of the Abyanga treatments.
  I have made it a point to try a different place each year for my Pancha Karma, but that is all over. I will come back to visit Darci and her wonderful staff. I think I found a new home on Kauai and I cant wait to get back.
  Be sure to ask when and where the Yoga classes with Tara are being held. Tara is a gifted yoga instructor but that is another story.
