Atlanta Restaurants

Watershed on Peachtree

Watershed on Peachtree Review

Indigo Girl Emily Saliers and three of her friends originally launched this casual restaurant in a converted Decatur gas station; it became an Atlanta classic renowned for its fried chicken. Chef Joe Truex has maintained the farm-to-table theme and a menu full of updated Southern comfort food in the current Buckhead location. Think Sapelo Island clams, pimento cheese toast with a smoked ham hock, and jambalaya. And don't forget about the Wednesday-night fried chicken—get there while the gettin' is good.
