While it is a new creation, Aunt Martha's can transport you back half a century, when Florida was still a sleepy little state. Placed smack dab on the banks of Santa Rosa Sound, its location is private and its atmosphere it neat as a pin. Five rooms feature floor to ceiling windows, a baby grand piano is poised to be played, and a library is stocked for guests. In the morning, the pampering continues with an old-fashioned southern breakfast. Pros: quiet sanctuary on the waterfront but with access to dining, shopping, and sites. Cons: not suited for kids and families; primarily for romance and privacy.
