Fort Barrancas

Fort Barrancas Review

Dating from the Civil War, this fort just northeast of the Museum of Naval Aviation has picnic areas and a ½-mi woodland nature trail. It is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which is maintained by the National Park Service.
