Welcome to the "home of the hog snapper," a deliciously roasted local fish seasoned with shrimp and red peppers. This little piece of France is concealed behind a high wall and a gate in a residential neighborhood. Inside, Chef John Correa marries his French training with local ingredients, creating delicious takes on classics, including portobello mushroom soup, mangrove snapper with champagne-pesto sauce, and some of the best bouillabaisse that you'll find outside of Marseilles. From the land, there is filet mignon with a wild-mushroom demi-glace. If you can't decide, a three-course tasting dinner costs $27.

We used to dine here every trip to KW, but no longer. Not as good as it used to be.
