This sophisticated dining room on the town green is the place to see and be seen, both for patrons and for the state's up-and-coming chefs, many of whom got their start here. Imaginative grilled fish, steak, poultry, and lamb dishes are served with fresh vegetables and pasta or risotto. The ice cream and sorbets, made by the restaurant, are worth every calorie.
