Fodor's Review

High ceilings and contemporary decor contribute to the relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere at this popular downtown restaurant. Chef-owner Karl Merten can often be spotted at area markets seeking out locally grown ingredients for his seasonally changing dishes. Meats and fish grilled on a wood-fired rotisserie figure prominently on the menu, which also includes pastas and unusual treats such as artichoke fritters and slow-roasted pork loin adobo. The green-chili burger, grilled over oak coals and served with sharp cheddar and chipotle aioli, is a town favorite.
