Fodor's Review:
Though it would be reasonable to expect a Japanese aesthetic at the U.S.'s first store dedicated entirely to sake, you might instead hear dance music thumping quietly in the background while you browse. Each of the many sakes is displayed with a label describing the drink's qualities and food pairing suggestions. Should these prove insufficient, simply pick up a copy of The Sake Handbook or another of the sake-related publications.
