Opened in 2021, this suave luxury resort entices high rollers with farmhouse-eclectic interiors and amenities that include a spa, a destination restaurant, two pools, 7-plus acres of vines, and a working winery. Oriented to take advantage of vineyard and Calistoga Palisades views, the high-ceilinged accommodations, in a series of two-level buildings, have tall glass sliding doors that open onto terraces or balconies. Outfitted in either creamy beiges or chocolate browns and whites, the spacious guest rooms have fireplaces, custom furnishings and light fixtures, private bars with wine refrigerators, and bathrooms with deep soaking tubs. Activities for children include custom-blending sessions using grapes grown on-site.
