Fodor's Review:

Carved wooden tribal masks and other Indian and Southeast Asian items make Monsoon one of the most elegant spots on the always-jumping Promenade. The restaurant serves South Asian cuisine, and there's live music (from so-so to pretty good) in the upstairs bar most nights.
