Despite the name—which translates as "Hunting and Fishing Club"—this isn't a hangout for the local gun-and-rod set. On the contrary, it's an ironic reference to the wood-and-leather decor that Chef Claude Pelletier and co-owner Hubert Marsolais inherited from the previous owners. Impeccable service and top-notch ingredients have made this one of the best restaurant in the city. The menu changes often but the dishes are consistently delicious. Don't forget to leave room for dessert which is prepared by one of the best pastry chefs in town.
