Opened in 1795, the José Cuervo Distillery is the world's oldest tequila distillery. Every day, 150 tons of agave hearts are processed into 80,000 liters of tequila. Hard-hat tours are offered daily every hour from 10 to 4. The tours at noon are normally in English, but English-speakers can often be accommodated at other times. Basic tours, which includes sips of tequila along the way, cost $10. Tours including round-trip transportation are $25. They're a good deal, as they include three tequila tastings and a complimentary margarita. Call ahead.
