Opened in 1795, the José Cuervo Distillery is the world's oldest tequila distillery. Every day, 150 tons of agave hearts are processed into 74,000 liters of tequila here. Hard-hat tours are offered daily every hour from 10 to 4. The tours at noon are normally in English, but English-speakers can be accommodated at other times. If you're lucky, you'll get a pitcher of margaritas at the end of the tour in addition to the standard tasting. Admission is $6.50.
