Ixpanpajul Parque Natural is a private nature reserve sitting on a large stand of primary rainforest. Hiking the suspended bridges of the skyway will give you a bird's-eye view of the indigenous flora and fauna that make the rainforest the most biodiverse ecosystem on the planet. The park also offers myriad adventure opportunities, from nighttime ATV tours to horseback rides and mountain-bike excursions, and the Tarzán Canopy Tour zipline. Camping and rental cabanas are available. A restaurant has a limited menu averaging around Q70 (US$9).
