Gure Kide Review

The former Goizeko Kabi has become Gure Kide under the direction of brilliant young chef and owner Aitor Elola. Elola, 35, serves an impressively wide range of excellent and lovingly prepared ingredients from seafood and shellfish to beef and Iberico pork specialties. The tasting menu combines wild mushrooms with traditional Bilbao codfish recipes. Signature dishes (which change frequently) include risotto de hongos y setas con txapela de boletus y teja de parmesano (wild mushroom risotto with porcini cap and shingle of Parmesano cheese).
