Tivoli Lisboa Review
There's enough marble in the public areas to make you fear for the future supply of the stone, but grandness gives way to comfort in the pleasant guest rooms. In warmer months the outdoor pool and garden offer respite from the bustling city; the top-floor Terraço grill (where you may take breakfast) presents wonderful views of the castle.

We enjoyed out four night stay at the Tivoli very much. Our room was large and the staff was competent. The breakfast buffet was typical for Europe -- lots of choices of lots of food, but not so hot -- temperature wise and quality wise. It would have been nicer to be closer to "old" Lisbon, but I don't think many better hotels are. You can walk to the Rossio, and there is a metro stop right across the street.
