One-room apartments in this high-rise tower at the beach are small but adequate, with functional furnishings and basic kitchenettes that come equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. They sleep either two or four people, and most have wonderful sea views and balconies. There is an excellent restaurant ($) that serves traditional Portuguese cuisine and a swimming pool in a nearby hotel which guests may use. A spa is in the planning stages.
