Café Van Puffelen

Café Van Puffelen Review

At the ancient Van Puffelen, on a particularly mellow stretch of canal, the menu is of the modern café variety. But it's the daily specials, such as salmon in an herb crust, that draw so many regulars, including a young, primarily local crowd. If the main dining room gets too boisterous, you can always escape to the more secluded and intimate mezzanine or, in the summer, the inviting terrace.
