This old mill on the Ljuta River dates back to 1670 and has been run by the current family of friendly owners for 40 years. It is located in the neighboring village of Ljuta, 7 km (4 miles) down the coastal road from Perast. It has been authentically restored and made into a rustic but rather expensive restaurant offering excellent food with an emphasis on fish (you can visit the restaurant's own trout ponds set in the grounds). Try the crni rižot or the local
cheese stored the traditional way in oil within stone jars that are 200 years old. In summer, outdoor tables are set up along the river (which is more of a stream these days). Mooring available for those arriving by boat.
